We’ve performed across Michigan, bringing relatable stories and dynamic artistic talent to the region. Now, we need your help to reach even wider audiences.

Dancers are athletes as much as they are artists — and adequate equipment is necessary to keep dancer bodies healthy and thriving. Our goal as an organization is to partner directly with our dancers to ensure they have the best experience in our studios and on our stages. Here’s where you come in — you can directly support our dancers by “funding a need.” You can target your contributions in our Fund a Need program, choosing to donate to a specific goal, outlined below. Pointe Shoes - $4,000 Goal

All of our dancers have trained intensively in ballet and pointework for years. The cost of a pair of pointe shoes can reach $100, with dancers going through a single pair of shoes in as little as a week. Help us provide shoes for our athletes, so you can see more pointework on Deos Ballet stages.

Travel Lighting - $15,000 Goal

Want to be able to see what’s happening on stage? Well — so do our dancers! Having adequate lighting for each performance is not only for the audience’s benefit; it’s a safety issue. Help us safely present dance performances in your community by contributing to our lighting need.
